Advent International; as part of the investment project in the food ingredients sector initiated with IRCA, has signed an agreement for the acquisition of the Anastasi Group from the Anastasi family. The Anastasi family will continue to lead the company and will also be a major investor in the new combined Group, controlled by Advent International.
