Avvocatidiimpresa – The Reggiana Udor shopping in Uk and acquires Hughes Pumps Limited

Udor has concluded the acquisition of 85% of the capital of Hughes Pumps Limited, a company active in the production of high pressure pumps.

Founded in 1966, Udor manufactures and distributes diaphragm pumps and plunger pumps for pumping low, medium and high pressure water. Based in Rubiera, in the province of Reggio Emilia, it exports 95% of its production to almost 80 countries worldwide and has distribution centers in the United States, China, Argentina and Brazil.

Hughes Pumps manufactures high and very high pressure pumps and water jetting equipment. The company operates from a purpose-built production facility in West Sussex, UK.
